Benjamin L. Singer
Benjamin represents plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property cases and other technology-centric business disputes. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of actions throughout the United States, including in every District Court of California. After being named a Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017 in Northern California for IP Litigation by SuperLawyers magazine, Benjamin was recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2020. Benjamin was also selected in 2020 for membership in the Lawyers of Distinction and as a California winner of the IP Disputes award from International Advisory Experts.
