Monica Valdivias

Monica Valdivias is a paralegal at Singer Cashman LLP. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, in Gender and Women’s Studies, and is currently studying to receive her paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University.

Monica was raised in East Palo Alto, California and developed her passion for law by assisting in juvenile proceedings throughout her community. She later broadened her skill set by working in immigration and estate planning prior to working at Singer Cashman LLP. Now she is continuing her journey towards becoming a litigation attorney.

In her spare time, Monica can be found hiking, reading or exploring new foods.
